Ramon van Bentum is a young Germany based portrait, editorial & fashion photographer. He grew up in Kleve, a small town near the dutch border and started to assist photographers near Düsseldorf when he turned 20 years old. Due to his deep interest in light and technique, he wanted to widen his view for photography into the artistic and conceptual side, so he studied photography at Hochschule Bielefeld & graduated in Summer 2025.

Next to his studies, Ramon already shot commercial productions for his clients and sharpened his aesthetics in shooting lookbooks and editorials for other fashion students. He is mostly inspired by paintings, nature and his favorite color blue. But also the beauty of daily things and capturing naked eye atmospheres are an influence to his work. Working digital and analog is his favorite way to create a diverse aesthetic and to underline his works. Experimenting with different media leads his visions to new looks and working with medium format systems allows him to gain every percent of quality for his photographic projects.
